Well, here is the app of the day, none other than Angry Birds Rio. Originally launched as an exclusive on the Amazon Appstore for free(no ads). Angry Birds Rio can now be found on the Android Market which I'm sure AT&T customers will enjoy since AT&T blocks the ability to install non-Market apps(although there are ways around it, such as rooting). Angry Birds Rio brings some substantially upgraded graphics, especially the backgrounds and the ad free version is super smooth, which is a big plus since the ads in Angry Birds and Angry Birds Seasons disrupted smooth game play on occasion. Instead of getting rid of those pesky pigs like in the other Angry Birds, developer Rovio changed things up a bit, in the first episode of the game you must free birds from their cages and depending on how good of a shot you are there is a lot of things happening on the screen at once and the MyTouch 4G keeps up with everything flawlessly. There are a bunch of improvements in Angry Birds Rio, except for the difficulty, its too damn easy, I made it through some 30 levels rather effortlessly, but a nice twist I did enjoy is the boss fight at the end of episode two, which is a new addition in itself.
